Memories
What are memories? They are nothing but moments, good
moments you've had with people at places that stay with you forever. But
memories do fade away, just like the ink on the printed receipt of your bank
ATM statement.
So what stay's with you at the end of day, is just a faint
memory of things you might have done, supported by a few pictures, some written
material, drawings, etc. that act as evidences/ proof to your memory.
Talking from my personal experience, my memories usually get
replaced by newer memories every time I have experienced something new. But for
those that couldn't be replaced, were washed off. For me my memories are
exactly like the ATM receipt, over a period of time all the ink disappears, as
time passes by. And all I am left with a blank piece of paper, with a few dots
of ink, here and there.
Now that's when we become the story tellers. With faint
memories comes stories and with stories comes the magical elements, that may or
may not exist. So based on 'true events' a story is told. A story which will be
remembered, a story that will live with you forever. A story that will pass on
from one to another and to another eventually turning into a legend.
